Line light with a battery
LED-MODUL-0714/54/1/22/УХЛ4.2-X/X/Д/W-1000mm (LCW JDSH.EC)UPS
Description
Emergency Lighting LED-MODUL-0714/54/1/22 / UHL4.2-X / X / D / W-1000mm (LCW JDSH.EC) UPS is a regular lighting on of the line type of bright white LEDs supplemented by an uninterruptible power supply (hereinafter UPS). UPS has two batteries (6V 1,3 Ah) and the converter board (12V -> 60V) witha battery charger at 100mA source and controller.
Lamp with UPS provides the following functionality:
- The lighting with standardbrightness standard for the line lighting with 220 VAC supply source.
- The ability to turn off the light in the emergency power.
- The control of the availability of emergency power supply (220VAC).
- The battery charge voltage from the emergency.
- Switching off the battery when the voltage is 13,75V.
- Control of the voltage on the lamp.
- Turning the transmitter in the absence of emergency voltage and the lamp`s voltage.
- Setting the maximum brightness of the lamp.
- Turning off the lamp when the battery discharges to 10V.
- Reducing the brightness of the lamp when the battery discharges to 10V if there is a need to extend the glow.
- Complete shutdown of the UPS with full battery discharge.
The hardware part
Figure 1.
The Lamp UPS has an enhanced termination lug to the 220 VACpower line (Figure 1). The contacts L1 and N1 are connected via the switch to the 220 VAC line and are used for general lighting with a standard brightness. The Contact Lcharge and Nchargeare connected without switches to the emergency lines or line that connected the lamp. Contact GND is used for lamp ground.
Setting-up
The lamp with UPS just need to be connected to the emergency line and to the line of the main lighting. It turns on when the emergency line voltage rises up to 220 VAC.
Attention!!! After the UPS is on, it is always in the active mode. If you turn off the alarm line UPS will run on battery power (it will discharge the battery).
Setting the maximum brightness
UPS allows you to select 4 different brightness when running on the battery.
To set the selection mode, you must:

Рис 3.
- Remove the cover.
- Lift the glass and remove the two screws (Figure 2).
- Pull out the board.
- Change the configuration switches (Figure 3).
- Install the board into place.
- Close the cover lid.

The brightness reduction mode
The brightness reduction mode allows to increase the on-time of the lamp at the discharged battery by reducing the power consumption. The brightness of the lamp gradually decreases to a minimum, due to this, the lamp can light up to a few hours longer.

|
The brightness reduction mode is switched off. The lamp turns off when the battery voltage drops to 10,5 V |
|
2 |
|
The brightness reduction mode is switched on. The brightness of the lamp will decrease with decreasing of battery voltage up to 10,5 V. Upon reaching the minimum brightness andd with a decrease in the battery voltage up to 10,5 V the lamp turns off. |
State of emergency
If the battery voltage is lower than 11,5V, with the loss of voltage alarm, the lamp will not turn on.
In case of loss of the voltage to the lamp line, and if the UPS is connected to the emergency line that has been disconnected, the lamp will not turn on.
The UPS is protected in case of the emergency line is disconnected, and the lamp from will light from its line.
Performance indication
With bi-color LED, you can determine the mode of the UPS.
